What is Voice Alchemy, and who is the mentoring for?
Voice Alchemy is my 3-month 1:1 mentoring for female entrepreneurs whose expertise is greater than their visibility. For women who bring knowledge, experience and expertise, but notice: the way I come across doesn’t show who I really am yet.
It combines voice work, embodiment and positioning, so you position yourself clearly, communicate with confidence and become visible as the expert you already are.
Why does my voice get quiet or shaky when it matters, and what can I do about it?
A voice that gets quiet or shaky in important moments is not a weakness of character and not a question of confidence. It is a protective pattern: at some point, your body learned that it is safer to make yourself smaller.
Instead of fighting it, in Voice Alchemy we look at exactly these patterns. With voice work, body work and parts work, we give your voice back the safety to show itself. So you don’t just feel more confident, but truly safer being heard and seen.
How does voice work help female entrepreneurs become visible and position themselves clearly?
Your voice shows how you take up space, what you stand for and how much you trust yourself. When it becomes free, the way you come across in sales calls, in your content, on podcasts or on stage changes. Your positioning then doesn’t just sound good, it becomes tangible.
I’m rather introverted. Can I become visible without loudly pushing myself into the spotlight?
Yes, absolutely. I love working with introverts. I’ve noticed that introverted people often have a huge inner world and usually a great deal of expertise. This is exactly where voice work is the missing piece for bringing that expertise out into the world in the right way.
Visibility doesn’t mean getting louder. It means sounding like who you really are.
How is Voice Alchemy different from voice training, rhetoric or speech training?
Voice Alchemy is holistic voice work. It has nothing to do with singing, even though I work as a musician. For me, singing is an incredibly beautiful way to explore your emotional inner world, but that’s not what this is about. It’s also not rhetoric training, because rhetoric rarely goes to the root. Through inner work, we go exactly to where the adaptation happened and uncover what lies beneath. As a result, your voice and your presence change all on their own.
Do I need experience with voice work, or do I have to be able to sing?
No. You don’t need any prior experience, and you don’t need to be able to sing. We start exactly where you are right now.
I’ve already taken lots of courses. Why would this time be different?
I hear you. Many of my clients have completed numerous trainings, taken marketing courses and learned strategies. What they were missing was free, individual expression. Letting go of the adaptations and discovering what makes you you at your essence is exactly what pure strategy work can’t do. And that is the missing key to a strong business.
How does the 3-month 1:1 mentoring work, and is it online?
After an initial call, we start with 6 mentoring calls, around 12 hours 1:1 in total, online. I love working with you over 3 months so we stay in momentum and you reach your goals quickly. If you need more time, you can take your calls within one year.
Between calls, I’m there for you via Telegram and WhatsApp, Monday to Friday. For questions, feedback and the moments when you want to show up.
Is Voice Alchemy only for women?
I specialise in women because women and men often grow up with very different conditioning. For a long time, we women were restricted in our expression and in our free voice. In West Germany, married women were only allowed to work until 1977 if it was compatible with their duties in marriage and family. And even today, only about one in three start-ups in Germany is founded by a woman (35 percent in 2025, according to the KfW Start-up Monitor).
Running your own business as a woman is a revolution in itself. At the same time, I see how much we women still adapt in business:
- in the way we take up space,
- in the rooms we even step into,
- in the prices we charge,
- in what we communicate,
- and in how we talk about our work.
I wish for a world in which women share their full power freely with the world. That’s why I love working with women. Of course, men are welcome to reach out about Voice Alchemy too. But my heart’s vision is for women to reclaim their power. Because the power lies in the voice.
How much does Voice Alchemy cost, and how do I start?
The 3-month 1:1 mentoring costs €1,800. It includes 6 mentoring calls totalling around 12 hours and 3 months of support via Telegram and WhatsApp.
